- Team of four people with two videographers and two salespeople will come to the event.
- All competitions use a minimum of a two-camcorder shoot.
- DVDs are contributed free to all Directors of their groups daytime performance.
- DVDs are sold at $20 for each participant. A finals DVD that includes all finals performances also is priced at $20.
- DVDs are now produced and edited live. They will be available 15-20 minutes after each performance.
- Nothing is charged to the host school or organization.
